Moderate Care

Avery went to Moderate Care yesterday. She is okay, not dying. Last night I was worried because although they may change diapers, give meds and treatments, they don't have to check on, visibly, your child or comfort. Another mom was there and said Avery had been crying, with her soft cry, for awhile and she finally told her nurse to check on Avery! I was soooo upset and called the nurses station and let it ring for 4 minutes before the nurse picked up.

I hope it goes better today. I saw the less-than-great nurse from our time before, there and I think she's just not a happy camper usually.

Tanya made another wonderful slideshow of Avery from last Saturday! Enjoy. Go to www.bluepeachphotography.com/client/aamarks4

Hi Renae and Eric,
I've been following your blog for awhile, now, praying for you both! Glad to hear that little Avery is hanging in there. Wish we could be there to help. (Kathy Welch)

oh Renae, Avery's cry is so soft. That makes me sad to think of her crying and no one helping her. I hope today goes better for her and you.

I hope things get better in mod. care. I'm sure they will. Hang in there! I'm sorry you have this added stress.
Those pictures are the best! It's so good to see the whole family together. The pics of Eric with his baby girl are precious. Thanks Tanya for the link. Avery is not looking like such a newborn anymore. Her hair is so pretty and, she really looks great.
We love you guys!

She's one step closer to home! You're doing the right thing standing up for her - hopefully things will continue to improve. The pictures are beautiful and she looks so relieved without the CPAP - what a sweetheart.

The pictures are great Renae. Your friend is very talented. You are going to have a lot of scrapbooking to do when this is over!
