This picture of Avery was taken last Tuesday. So sweet!
Tonight, after a day of watching and checking, the nurse called to say they were going to intubate Avery. I was sad, but after seeing her afterwards, she looks so calm (yeah, she's on morphine), but she doesn't have to work as hard. The plan for her is to clean up her lungs of excess fluid and make them look nice, then wean her off the vent, and onto stronger lungs :).

Oh, she is beautiful. All that pretty blonde hair...she looks (to me) like a nice mix between you and Eric. What a sweet, strong baby. Praying for you all.
I love the close ups of Avery. She is so cute, and I can see the family resemblance.
Sorry to hear that Avery is intubated again, but hopefully that is exactly what she needs to get her lungs cleared and progress. We're praying for you guys.
Avery looks so beautiful! She looks strong and healthy in these photos. Too bad for the tube but glad she can snag a little rest.
Renae, She is so beautiful!!! I pray for your sweet family and your gorgeous baby girl!

What a pretty girl!! I love the shot of her looking right at the camera. Hang in there, Renae. Your strength and Avery's strength are an example to us all.
Sounds like a good plan. Get those lungs clear and strong. I LOVE these pictures. She looks so happy and healthy. One would never guess she is having a few cardiac issues!
What a sweetheart!!!
Oh Renae, she is just so darling. I just found your blog through Beth's. I read through all of the posts about Avery. What a few weeks you have had. I'm sorry. You seem to be doing really well. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
I guess there are a lot of Lindsay's in Toledo - this is Lindsay Wetzel.
She's gorgeous. It must be frustrating to deal with the "one step back", and we're praying for you all. Let me/us know if we can do something.
