Saturday morning out

Ladies night out with friends

Saturday morning out with my kids.  Zachery is my sweet one.
 Avery is my silly one.

Someone said, the only consistant thing is change.  I love change and hate it sometimes too.  I love that we can change, we don't have to keep making wrong choices.  I love that we have choices.
One of my favorite sayings is, "If it is to be, it's up to me".

Butterfly

A couple weeks ago we had a Ladies Night at my house.  It was fun to get together.  A bunch of my friends have either moved, or are moving soon and it makes me sad.  Your life is centered on your family, but friends are so important too.  A close second.  More adventures lie ahead for all of us.

(ladies thanks for a great night)

This Mother's day was nice.  I got a nice "surprise" breakfast, complete with chocolate doughnuts, which are the boys favorite. :)  My favorite part was the sweet notes and hugs from my family, and not cooking.
Zachery made this butterfly card at school.  It says, "Butterfly fly to my Mother. Whisper to her that I love her."  I couldn't love it more.

Last week, the weather was semi nice one day, so our trip to the zoo with the Stewarts, we had most of it to ourselves. That made it so nice, especially with a runner on my hands.

I bought a lemon to help clear a smell in our disposal (tmi), but Zach wanted to make lemonade.
So they donned on the aprons and made some! Zach is so enthusiastic when he wants to be.
Eric took this picture tonight at dinner.  Avery lost her hairbow and it makes her look so much older, like 4 or 5. She has been eating really well lately.  I'm hoping that her nighttime feeds will decrease soon.
Sweet girl.

the world wide web

I got a message from my brother today saying that he'd gotten some emails from me that he thought I hadn't sent. What??  I've received bogus emails but he said he'd gotten one each day, the second one worse than the first.  I think the worst thing of it is, is that a lot of the contacts there, who got these "emails" were from my mission (ugh!), college roommates, siblings and a couple old boyfriends (ugh!!). (Let me explain- that email address is old, my first if you don't county my juno, and I don't use the contacts in it and it's only used for junk, freebies, book airline tickets, coupons.)  I hope that they don't use their old email addresses and even if they do, they'll realize my email was hacked!  My password is changed and life resumes it's erratic pace.  The world wide web is too big sometimes, and just anybody is out there.  Yikes.

If you got a off putting email from me, know that I didn't send it.

Happy Easter

During Spring Break we also went to Bryan Ohio, to the Spangler Dum Dum Factory.  We all had to wear hairnets.  It was pretty interesting overall.
Here is the trolley we rode through the place, and watched how the candy is made.  We only did get to see how it was packaged and stored. :)
At the end we got all the dum dum's we could carry. :)

That Saturday, the Easter bunny brought some fun stuff for Avery and Zach.  The bubble blower was the favorite.

We spent the weekend with cousins in Newark, Ohio.
"Cheese!"
Avery, Lauren, Zachery and Parker.
Giving his best smile!

Happy Easter!
