Easter Bunny "bok, bok"

Lil' Avery is doing well on the vent. They are getting a lot of fluid from her lungs. They will "sprint" her breathing a few times a day and if she's looking good through that, wean her off the vent.

Avery has been spitting up her food lately and so she'll be put back to continuous feed. Only if they can't take her off the vent would they trach. She'll get steroids to get rid of the swelling in her windpipe.

She got morphine this morning and has been fairly happy today (minus the puking & suctioning).

This weekend, Eric, Zachery and my mom are coming up here. I hear the Easter Bunny is coming to Avery's room :).
