Today is Friday and Thursday went well! Avery had great nurses and todays are pretty okay, competent anyhow. :) The great news is she is off ALL breathing tubes! Yes, just an hour ago they'd turned off and took off the air and nasal canula! Yippee. Aside from some monitors and femoral line in, she just has her feeding tube! We're excited and I am able to hold Avery more and be a mom, and it's great. Likely, she will move to General Care on Monday.
I have taken a lot of photos and who knows if I'll ever scrapbook them! I may have to go to digital scrapbooking.
Well, Eric is coming up tonight, just for the night. It's the weekend and I normally I would be cooking up some plans for fun weekend activities, but the days just roll into one around here, same old, same old. :) that's okay.
I'm glad that this has been helpful and we do SOOOOO appreciate all the positive feedback and well wishes for Avery!

Glad she is doing so well! I've switched to digital scrapbooking and I LOVE it! Once you try it you'll never go back! We are praying that things continue to go well and that Avery will be able to come home soon!

Yeahhh!!!! We are thrilled with her improvements. We were our bracelets and think of her everyday. She is so beautiful. It was wonderful to see her last week.
