Happy Easter

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! The sun was shining, we had family visit us and Avery is looking great!

Eric, Zachery and Christie (mom) came up on Saturday and we had a nice time. Zachery loves the Ronald McD House playroom, foosball and pool table! He runs around like it was his house. :) I'm glad he enjoys himself.

Avery looks great. She's been resting up these past few days and her oxygen levels have been fabulous as well. We are waiting to get her lungs looking great as well. They are good, but not great - yet. Then when that happens, we will work on eating using a bottle, instead of a tube. We're getting there and I'm certain she'll be ready in (and I don't want to jinx myself here) 2-3 weeks. I have not been given a date yet, just my guess. :)

This afternoon, Eric's parents, sister Liz, brother Dave and their families came up to see Avery and spend time with us. It was great to see and visit with them. Eric's mom bought Avery some cute little onesy-type clothes. I gave Avery a bath tonight and put one of them on her - sooo cute! Thanks Sue! Also, Sue and sis-in-law Leah got together this week and made "Team Avery Bracelets", with pink and white beads with a silver butterfly on it. We're going to wear them while Avery is in the hospital in support of the little sugar. I love it. All the family women received one. Thanks Sue & Leah!

Zachery went to Newark, OH to go with his cousins (thanks Liz & Tim) to Cincinnati to stay at a hotel and waterpark place. Zach is soooooo excited and I hope he is good for them (zoykes)! With Zach away on his adventure, my mom is staying up here in Ann Arbor with me! It'll be fun to spend time together and give my mom a much needed break. :)

Thanks for all the prayers for Avery! I know they are heard and faith can move mountains, they can heal little folks as well!
