Home, James!

Tuesday afternoon, Avery and I left the hospital! We did forget a medication and had to turn around a go back to get it, but then we came home! Yay. This time I felt peaceful and calm about coming home, that she would be okay. Avery is looking and acting like a almost 2 month old. She is sleeping through most of the night and I'm just tubing her milk down to her stomach so I don't wake her. Unfortunately I still have to get up, but that's okay. Today, she finished (so far) two bottles, entirely! I didn't have to tube the rest! Que bela.

My parents went to visit my brother and his family in PA and took Zachery with them. I'm trying to use this valuable time to get my ducks in a row here at home. I do miss him though. I think I've only had 2 occasions where I've been home and Zach has not.

Avery now just needs to gain weight, she weighs 7 lbs. and have some doctor visits. Late August is the projected time for her next surgery. We'll cross that bridge when it comes.

Glad you are home and getting settled in. Now you just have to find time to take and send more pictures... first things first, I guess :)
