She'd Rather Be Standing

Avery wants to be into everything and climbing up on everything (which is terrific) only thing is, she can't quite do it, so she's frustrated. Cuitadinho. This will motivate her to work hard at crawling and standing up. :)

Our backyard, before it started really raining hard.

We had a ton of snow, then nice warm weather (yay), then last night and today it's been raining, raining, raining. Our back yard is a nice, big puddle.

This video is my first attempt at posting a video from my camera to the blog. It really isn't that interesting, just to try this out. :)

It worked. Next I'll get a much more interesting video. Avery does grab my spoon and toss it aside. Can't you see I'm torturing her.

Also, we are hoping to fly to Colorado this summer. Avery's cardiologist wants to see her before he says it's okay. I didn't think it'd be an issue, and I really, really want to go. She needs to keep her oxygen sats up at a certain number and so here's hoping she keeps her O2 up!

Your yard is awesome -- even with the big puddle!!

Miss Avery is growing up fast. Too fast, right?

BTW I hope none of that water ends up in your basement. Also have you tried fishing in it? It looks like a huge lake.

It was real neat to hear your voice!!!! I miss it. She's adorable. She's not interested in eating because you are not giving her chicken nuggest, french fries or ice cream. Change the diet! LOL
