SPORES

I just read a forwarded email from a friend about SPORES in expired pancake mixes! I guess yeast can turn into spores over time, so check your box of pancake mix and throw it out if it's old! That tricky yeast. Who knew?

I actually just threw out a huge, unopened package of pancake mix that was dated (ack!! don't hate me!) 2007. Sigh. So that proves we don't make pancakes much.

Spores? Yuk!

LOL- i read that, but we go through two things of pancake mix a month, either it or biscuits. But good to know about the spores. I hate for them to take over our bodies, like the aliens in The Host.
