Over Labor Day weekend, some of Eric's family came into town and we went out to the Fulton Co. Fair. Eric's dad grew up in the area and they have both been coming to this fair for years. I was impressed by the variety of things to see, from rides to tractors, to flower arranging contest to a religious revival tent! My one regret is that we didn't make it to the dairy farmer's booth for delicious ice cream, but next year we won't be so negligent. :)
This is Eric, his dad, Roger (and Zachery), checking out the goat barn.

Avery loved to touch as many animals as she could. On the other hand, Zach refused to pet any.

Zachery is saying "cheese" here. In the swine barn, most of the pigs were taking naps. Fulton county kids got out of school for the week long fair event. cool beans.

Probably Zach's favorite here - the tractors. What a cute kid. :)

Looks like a fun fun day! It's interesting to me how different kids are (I'm thinking of the petting vs. no petting the animals) -- because we have some just like that!
I love your and Avery's faces in the picture petting the sheep(?). It sounds way better than the local fair, what a fun day!
very cute kids, I love the rodeo days here with the livestock show. We do not miss out on that. I love to see the kids as they see the different animals and the smells etc.- good times, thanks for sharing yours with us!
